What data we collect
When you submit a rental request, we collect your name and phone number and, optionally, your email address, the platform you work for, your intended start date, the rental duration and any message you leave us.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your rental request and to manage any resulting contract. We do not use your data for advertising, nor do we sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form, and on the pre-contractual steps you request. We keep your data for as long as the business relationship lasts and thereafter for any legally required period. If your request does not lead to a contract, we delete it within 12 months at most.
Who we share it with
Your data is hosted on Supabase's infrastructure, our processor for database services. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that communication is subject to Meta's privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restriction of or portability of your data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority.
Driver registry and rental history
We keep an internal, private record of the drivers we rent to, including contact details and notes on their history and conduct in previous rentals, based on our legitimate interest in managing business risk. This record is not public and is not shared with third parties. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
